What is the return policy for physical goods?
Physical goods that are in new condition (not damaged, worn or washed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to return an item, or your items arrived damaged, please contact us.
As a small business, we are not able to refund shipping costs or customs fees, cover returned shipping or provide prepaid labels.
What is the return policy for downloads?
Due to the downloadable nature of all digital products, sales of digital products are final. If you have purchased the wrong format, or are not able to use a downloaded product, please contact us for help.
Can I change my order before it ships?
In some cases, there is still time to update an order of physical goods or change shipping addresses before an order ships out. Please contact us as quickly as possible.
Are International orders outside of the U.S. subject to customs or import fees?
Many countries do have fees or taxes on imported goods, charged when packages arrive. Customers are responsible for paying these fees. We do not pre-pay or pay for any portion of these fees.
